St John's Church of England Primary Academy

Welcome to St. John’s C of E Primary Academy.

​On behalf of all staff and the Local Academy Committee I would like to welcome you to St. John’s C of E Primary Academy. We are a one-form entry primary academy situated within the town of Wednesbury.

At St. John’s we aim to give every child the best start possible to their education and believe every child is unique. We are a family here. Our curriculum is broad and challenging.  Lessons are exciting and are given a purpose by building on prior learning.  We try to provide our children with as many broad experiences as possible to make learning memorable. 

We are a 'Good' school in all areas (Ofsted, February '23). Ofsted said, "The school is a calm and orderly place in which to learn" and pupils "achieve well and are proud of their successes." As well as this, they observed that, "There is a strong sense of pastoral care across the school," and "Pupils' welfare is taken seriously by all staff."
